We have two rewards programs here at CCSD and we want to make sure YOU, our patients, are aware and getting all the info you need to see which one is right for you! Chicago Cosmetic Insider Membership (CCIM) CCIM is a subscription membership that allows you to make easy monthly payments that go towards your yearly treatment plan, avoiding a large upfront cost at check-out. Your personalized treatment plan is customized to your provider-prescribed aesthetic treatment or skincare regime that specifically addresses your skincare goals. There are no hidden fees and members receive a complimentary Dermalinfusion Microdermabrasion with one of our Licensed Estheticians and an EltaMD Daily Sunscreen when you sign up! CCSD Rewards Points All CCSD patients accrue 1 point for every dollar spent on eligible product purchases and cosmetic services. As you spend, our database tracks points for you – it’s so easy! National Psoriasis Foundation Walk

This is a family friendly, pet friendly, 5K walk and community event dedicated to finding a cure for psoriatic disease. Hair Loss Awareness Month

Suffering with excessive shedding, thinning or loss of hair can be a silent struggle for both male and female patients. Hair loss has many causes including (but not limited to) heredity, hormonal changes, medical conditions or medications associated with them, a stressful life event and certain styling techniques. Diagnosis is often incredibly patient specific, which is why it is important you seek the guidance of a hair loss expert.
