Introducing Jessica Taylor – Permanent Makeup Artist

We’re excited to announce our newest CCSD provider! Now introducing Jessica Taylor – Permanent Makeup Artist. She is a Licensed Aesthetician with over 10 years of experience in the skin and beauty industry. Jessica's passion for all things beauty led her to find her true passion in becoming a Certified Permanent Makeup, Lash and Brow Artist. She finds great pleasure in making others feel confident and comfortable in their own skin, with patient satisfaction being her primary goal! Jessica will begin seeing patients on Wednesday, June 1st with clinic openings on Wednesdays 8am - 6pm and Fridays 8am - 5pm. CCSD Texting Update

We know our patients enjoy the convenience of directly texting our Practice phone number, 312-245-9965! CCSD is dedicated to continuing providing this service, however please note that we cannot receive photos via texting at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience, and will notify our patients as soon as this service is restored! In the meantime, you can still send photos to us by emailing [email protected] or by uploading it to your patient portal, which is the most HIPAA compliant way to transmit this information. If you still need to register with our patient portal please give our office a call (312-245-9965 opt. 2) as it is the gateway to safe and secure messaging, appointment confirmations, photos, medical records and more. If you are texting our office for the first time, we will prompt you to reply with  “CONSENT” in order to text back and forth with you. The consent text will come from our office phone number, so you’ll know it’s CCSD! Appointment reminders via text message are currently down, but we are working to restore this service. Appointments can still be confirmed via email (so make sure we do not go to spam) and your patient portal. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

CCSD MASK REMINDER – Updated 3/1/22

At Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology, the health & safety of our patients, providers and staff have always been our top priority. We continue to follow the Centers for Disease Control (CDC) guidance for healthcare settings and continue to implement procedures to adhere to these guidelines. As you may know, the CDC recently released new masking recommendations that fully vaccinated individuals no longer need to wear a mask or physically distance themselves. However, as explicitly stated by the CDC, these new recommendations do NOT include healthcare settings, like CCSD. While we can’t wait to see your smiling faces when visiting our practice, because we are a healthcare setting, CCSD will continue to require: ALL patients, providers and staff must continue to wear face masks, regardless of their vaccination status. We will continue to follow the full infection control procedures required by the CDC for healthcare settings. This includes masks, social distancing, enhanced infection prevention, monitoring and screening staff & patients (health survey and temp checks), and sanitizing clinic rooms and common areas.   If this requirement changes, we will notify our patients ASAP! Saturday Clinic: February 12, 2022

Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology has brought back Saturday clinics in 2022 for patients that are unable to get to our office Monday-Friday. We will be offering this availability at least once a month, with different CCSD Providers. Upgraded Credit Card System

With the new year, comes exciting new changes! As of January 4th, we've updated our credit card processing system for an easier, faster and more seamless patient experience. We are pleased to announce that CCSD and CSS can now also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, and contactless payments!  Please note, that with this new secure system, we will need to enter your credit card on file at your next office visit - even if you have just recently updated it with us within the last few months. Meet Nicole “Nicki” Loizzi, Licensed Esthetician

Nicki has an unmatched passion for the Aesthetics industry and a real talent for helping others feel great in their own skin. In 2009, she became professionally certified in make-up artistry from London Eyes Make-up School. She graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Marketing Communications with a concentration in Public Relations in 2013. Nicole began her career in Plastic Surgery in 2014 as a Patient Coordinator working for a prominent cosmetic surgeon on the Upper East Side of Manhattan. Educating, consulting, and helping patients through their surgical & non-surgical journeys led her to pursue her Esthetician career due to her in depth knowledge of the industry, and in 2018 she obtained her Esthetician License from G Skin & Beauty Institute. Love love Dr. Ibrahim. He helped me to find a combination that helps with my acne scars due to cystic acne in my teenage year. Just like anything in medicine, good things take time with a good skin care and medical grade products. I’ve been seeing Dr. Ibrahim Omer for a few months now for some derm issues (perioral dermatitis, eczema). He instantly identifies the problem and prescribes appropriately. He is also great with taking the time to explain what’s happening, and how to manage the medications and creams once I get home. I’ve never done botox or fillers, but am planning to return for a little boost once my skin heals. The front desk is attentive, and appointments run on time.
