April is Rosacea Awareness Month

The National Rosacea Society (NRS)designates April as Rosacea Awareness Month to educate the public on the impact of this chronic disorder, estimated to affect more than 16 million Americans. Often observed as redness on the cheeks, nose, chin or forehead that may come and go, the earliest signs of rosacea are often overlooked because people assume they are temporary. It’s Time For Our Big Move! (phone & moving schedules)

It’s happening!! In a few short days we will be moving into our new office space at 515 N. State Street, Suite 900! We are extremely excited and ready for all our patients to see the new, state-of-the-art office! Dr. Jacob has put so much time into creating an office that staff, patients & guests will all enjoy. With a big move, unfortunately, come some necessary interruptions. We will be closing the office and shutting down our phone systems on Thursday, April 4th at noon. We will be open again and taking calls on Monday, April 8th at 8 am. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause our patients and ask for your patience during this time. You can either leave us a voicemail or email [email protected], however we will be unable to answer your emails or return calls until Monday, April 8th. We kindly ask that you call us for your appointments and/or prescription refills before noon on Thursday, April 4th or on Monday, April 8th.

The final countdown to our move!

Only 52 more days until our much anticipated move to 515 N. State Street Ste. 900 on April 8th! We will still be close to home in the River North neighborhood, now located at the bustling intersection of State and Grand (and right next to a CTA train Grand Red Line entrance). Practice News: CCSD is growing!

We are pleased to announce big changes for Chicago Cosmetic Surgery and Dermatology in 2019. Alongside seeing her lovely patients, running a growing business and being super-mom to three energetic children (PHEW!), Dr. Jacob has been feverishly working away to secure a new office space for the Practice. With our increasing number of patients and rapidly expanding staff, we have known for some time that we would soon need a new home. We will be sad to leave our current home at 20 W Kinzie St., where it all began, but we are happy to share that our new space will remain in River North and provide almost three times the space of our current location. We will see patients on Thursday, April 4, 2019 and reopen in our new location at 515 N. State St., Suite 900 Chicago, IL 60654 the following Monday, April 8! The road to success is always under construction - we will keep all patients and friends of the Practice updated as progress develops!
