New Physician Assistant – Caroline Sheppard, PA-C
We are excited to announce a new Certified Physician Assistant joining our CCSD family on Monday, January 6th! Caroline Sheppard is a board-certified physician assistant who graduated from Chatham University Physician Assistant program. She completed her undergraduate degree in International Studies: Global Health at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Caroline comes to CCSD with several years of experience as a dermatology physician assistant at the University of Chicago Medicine, where she cared for patients in general dermatology. She was also a medical assistant at CCSD prior to physician assistant school and is excited to be back on the team! Caroline is an active member in the Illinois Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (ISDPA) and Society of Dermatology Physician Assistants (SDPA). She is passionate about maintaining strong patient-provider relationships and has a special interest in treating acne and psoriasis.
