Excel V Laser is the most advanced aesthetic technology that combines two powerfully precise lasers in one device to target and eliminate vascular concerns (redness, rosacea, unsightly veins) and harmless brown spots (sun spots, discoloration) on the face and body. What is the Excel V Laser?

With the Excel V (KTP 532nm and Nd:YAG 1064nm) or Laser Genesis treatment (Nd:YAG 1064nm), a series of treatments with one of our experienced providers can successfully give you clearer, younger looking skin.

What does the Excel V Laser treat?

The most common Excel V treatments include rosacea and facial redness, leg and facial veins (telangectasias), and sun damage brown spots. We also use the Excel V (Nd:YAG, 1064nm) for laser hair removal on our patients with deeper skin tones.

What does Laser Genesis treat?

Laser Genesis helps stimulate collagen production to restore your skin’s youthful glow and appearance. It improves common concerns like fine lines and wrinkles, skin texture, and overall facial redness. It can also decrease the redness in scars, and helps improve the appearance of acne and acne scars.

Temporary mild pink discoloration or swelling of the treated area can occur after treatment. We suggest treating the area with Alastin Regenerating Skin Nectar before and after treatment to speed up recovery time and improve results!

More than one treatment may be needed to clear blood vessels, especially around the sides of the nose. Most patients need a series of treatments, separated by about 1 month. To reduce fine leg veins which aren’t amenable to sclerotherapy, a series of 2-4 monthly treatments may be necessary. Your experienced CCSD Provider will determine a treatment plan that’s right for you at your laser consultation.
